     The art of preparing for Mixed Martial Arts competition is the art of preparing for a particular problem. Every opponent comes with difficult physical attributes, mind sets and fighting styles meaning each opponent presents a different and unique challenge every single time. The goal of this site is to give you the road map to solving these challenges. By filling answering the questions provided in the form tab about your self and your opponent then using our algorithm we will give you the techniques and training methods you should focus your training on. 

WHAT TECHNIQUES
SHOULD I BE DRILLING?

One of the most fascinating phenomena in the sport of Mixed Martial Arts is that there are different styles. Some have more Wrestling based approaches, some use more Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and some use more striking.  Depending on what style your opponent is using you will need to train a specific set of techniques designed to defeat that style. There are thousands of techniques within the sport of mixed martial arts but there is a only a select set of techniques that you should be focusing on for your upcoming bout. Using our algorithm designed by high level coaches we will be giving you the techniques you should drill, a video of the techniques and an explanation of why we picked those particular moves. We take great pride in the quality of our educational video and have provided some examples below.

STRENGTH &
CONDITIONING IS A MUST!

     Mixed Martial Arts is an incredibly physically demanding sport that will test every single in your body. If you want any chance of victory then you must be in tremendous shape. What makes this interesting however is that different fighters all need different and unique strength and conditioning programs. If you are more of a striker than your program should be different than a fighter who is more grappling focused. Different weight classes also have different demands for training, for example a heavy weight should train different than a light weight.  

Cardio

Cardiovascular training is possibly the most important aspect of preparing for mixed martial arts. Our algorithm will determine what your approach should be based on the input you give us. 

Tracking

One of the most critical aspects of training is building towards small goals and tracking your progress towards that goal. Our algorithm will provide you with a series of small goals leading up to your fight as well as journal so that you can track your own progress. Our algorithm will actually adjust if you don't reach your goals. 

Unique

We believe that every strength and conditioning program should be unique and custom tailored to the individual. With the amount of inputs we ask no two programs will be the same. 

Recovery

Mixed Martial Arts is perhaps the most brutal sport in the world and if you want to have any kind of longevity in this sport you are going to need to take recovery seriously. Our Algorithm will adjust to counter balance the training we provide and keep you feeling great through out your whole camp.

Why is Strength and Conditioning So Important?

Conditioning as the Great Equalizer

All the technique in the world is useless to you if you are too exhausted to use it. Often times in the sport of mixed martial arts cardio can be the great equalizer. Even if you are not as good as your opponent technically you can still win if you are in better shape. There is nothing scary than being completely gassed out on competition it makes cowards and quitters out of even the toughest people. Don't let it happen to you!

One of the most grueling aspects of this sport is definitely the intense weight cuts that fighters have to go through in order to compete. Doing this wrong can have drastic negative consequences on your performance but it is also extremely dangerous.
